The hotel accepts free cancellation (without penalty) in non-peak periods by 16:00, 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or the Guest failing to arrive (no-show) without cancellation, the penalty is one night room rate. In festive and peak seasons cancellations can be accepted without penalty 21 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation the penalty is the amount of the advance payment (20%). In New Year's Eve period cancellations can be accepted without penalty 30 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation the penalty is the amount of the advance payment (40%).
